At Twenty Times Two, we want to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates
For orders under $110.00 there is a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.00. Anything over $110.00 shipping is free.
Processing Time
Generally with contact lenses, handling time is 2-3 business days. For accessories, handling time is 1-2 business days. Glasses, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Please note processing times are longer during busy periods and public holidays.
Shipping Methods
Our prefered shipping courier is Australia Post, however if you have a prefered courier of choice please leave a comment in the order and we will try our best to accomodate.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order at any time.
Delivery Timeframes
For items with handling time longer than 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), your item will automatically be upgraded to Express via Australia Post. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Regular post is estimated 5-7 business days to major capital cities.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged or stolen in transit, please contact us immediately at admin@twentytimestwo.com.au. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We do not ship outside Australia.
Returns Policy
For Glasses & Sunglasses (including prescription eyewear)
We hope you are happy with your eyewear purchase, however, if you are not satisfied, from the day you receive the order, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. In this period, we will do what we can to make it right.
Please contact us via email admin@twentytimestwo.com.au with your request and we will respond with the relevant instructions.
Item must be returned in the original condition and packaging including all tags and accessories.
If you exchange for a frame or lens with greater value, you will need to pay the difference before the new order is processed.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
For Contact Lenses & Accessories
For all contact lenses and accessories, all returns must be postmarked within ninety (90) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To request a return, please email your receipt to customer service at admin@twentytimestwo.com.au to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Alternatively, call (03) 9566 7298 and speak to our customer service. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and write the RMA on the outside, then mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
