A: To request a price match, simply send us an email at admin@twentytimestwo.com.au with the link to the product page on our website and the link to the competitor's product page showing the lower price. We will review the request and respond to you within 24-48 hours.

Q: Are there any restrictions on your price match guarantee?

A: Our price match guarantee applies only to identical products and must be for a competitor that is based in Australia. The product must be in stock and available for purchase at the lower price. Additionally, the lower price must be advertised and verifiable on the competitor's website at the time of the price match request.

Q: Does your price match guarantee apply to sale items or special promotions?

A: Yes it applies to all products at any give time.

Q: Can I use a coupon or discount code with a price match?

A: No, our price match guarantee cannot be combined with any other coupon or discount code.
